CronLab - Email Attachment Saver

Attachments are replaced by link to Web Interface.

• Emails over a predefined size, are stripped of a attachments and replaced with a link to a website where attachment can be downloaded
• The file can be stored from 0 - 100 days on the website before it is finally deleted.

No Training or additional software required

• The solution retains a format which is already familiar to users so no additional software or training is required.

Handles Large files

• Files of up to 2Gb can be handled by the system.

Saves Network Bandwidth

• Reduces the number of emails containing large files being downloaded.
• Avoids bouncing emails, due to size limitations being set.

Eliminates User Frustration

• Simplifies the sending of large files and avoids common error messages stating that the email is too large to be handled by the email server or the inbox.
